Fanny Feifalik
Franziska ``Fanny`` Feifalik (neé Angerer) was born on the 28th of January 1842 in Vienna, Austria.
Her father was a hairdresser and her mother a midwife.
Just like her father she became a hairdresser and got a job at an early age at Viennese theatres as a roomcloack and hairdresser.
She became highly appreciated and doing the hair of famous actressess like Maria Geistinger, Pauline Lucca and Katharina Schratt.
Because her great craftmanship she got a job in the famous Viennese Burgtheater.
Empress Elisabeth visited a play at the theater and liked the fairytale like hairstyle of actress Helene Gabbilon.
The empress then asked who did this wonderfull hairstyle and heared it was the youn Franziska Angerer, whom just recently began working at the theater.
Elisabeth personally started negotiating with Franziska to become her personal hairdresser and because this was a dreamjob for a simple girl like Fanny, she said yes to the offer.
This caused quite a stir in those times.
